My staff member cannot see all our companies

My colleague logged in and only sees three companies. We have forty.

Staff see only the entities assigned to them. Assign the rest under Staff, and they appear on the next page load.

Staff access is granted one entity at a time. Owners see every entity in the team.

I tried to sign up and it says the account already exists, but I never made one.
