It says my email is already registered

I tried to sign up and it says the account already exists, but I never made one.

You already have a Bizsec account on that address, so go to bizsec.io/signin rather than sign-up. If your password does not work there, choose Continue with Google: signing up with Google creates an account with no password, and a reset will not help. We also send that address an email saying which of the two it is.

We only say which route an address uses in an email to that address. The sign-up screen never says it, because anyone at all can type an address into it.

My staff member cannot see all our companies

My colleague logged in and only sees three companies. We have forty.

My staff member cannot change anything

She is signed in but there is no Add button anywhere.
