It says this UEN already exists

It will not let me add this company, it says the UEN is taken.

Two possibilities. Either the entity is already in your book, so search your Entities list for the UEN. Or another firm on Bizsec holds it, in which case send us the UEN and we will sort out who has it.

A UEN is unique across Bizsec, not per firm, so an entity cannot sit in two firms' books at once.

I removed a director and they still hold shares

I resigned him as director but he is still on the shareholding page.
