The gate card shows green but I know this client is a concern

The rating reflects what was answered on the form, not a search Bizsec ran. The MAS control list and adverse news are both asked on the Section 1 tab, and Bizsec takes your answer for them rather than checking a live list itself. So green means nobody recorded a concern, not that the client came back clean from a screening. Your own list check still stands on its own.

Both factors are read from the answers on the form, and either one can decide the rating on its own. Nothing behind them searches a list.
